Mallish is a free personal shopping assistant that brings your favorite stores together in one place. You can browse stores, save favorites, organize ideas, and use the Mallish Shopping Assistant (Juno). Mallish is free to use; optional paid Assistant credit packs may be offered.

You can explore Mallish as a guest. Creating an account is optional and lets you save favorites, preferences, and settings across devices. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account.

You agree not to:

• Misuse Mallish, interfere with the service, or attempt unauthorized access.
• Scrape, copy, or resell Mallish content or Assistant responses at scale.
• Use Mallish for anything unlawful, deceptive, or harmful.
• Upload content you don't have the right to share.

Juno provides shopping suggestions and summaries to help you decide. Assistant output may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete — always verify prices, availability, delivery estimates, and product details with the store before purchasing. Mallish is not responsible for decisions made based on Assistant responses.

Mallish links to third-party stores and may display their names, logos, and product information for identification purposes. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for these stores, their products, pricing, shipping, or return policies. Purchases you make are between you and the store.

Optional Assistant credit packs are one-time purchases processed by Stripe. Credits are tied to your account, don't expire, and are consumed when the Assistant handles a request. Credits are non-transferable. Where required by law, refund rights apply.

Mallish, its design, and its content (excluding third-party marks) belong to Mallish. Store names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners. You retain ownership of content you upload; you grant Mallish a license to store and display it to provide the service.

Mallish is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mallish is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for losses arising from third-party stores, Assistant output, or service interruptions.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Mallish after changes means you accept the updated terms.
